Terms & Conditions

1. Resistance Fitness provides personal training, nutritional guidance, and fitness coaching. Results are not guaranteed and depend on the client's adherence to the program.

2. Cancellation & Lateness Policy

  • 24-Hour Rule: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the session credit or a fee.

  • Lateness: Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of when the client arrives.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • All sessions must be paid for in advance.

  • Refunds are only issued with a valid medical note.

  • Packages expire 1 month from the date of purchase.

4. Resistance Fitness reserves the right to terminate coaching if the client displays inappropriate behavior, fails to pay, or consistently disregards safety instructions.

5. Intellectual Property All workout plans and materials provided are for your personal use only and may not be shared or resold.
