Refund Policy

At Resistance Fitness, I strive to provide the highest level of coaching. Because personal training is a time-intensive service, I have established the following policy:

1. General Policy

All sales of personal training sessions, packages, and digital programs are final. Once a service has been purchased, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. "Change of Mind" Window

I offer a 24 hour cooling-off period from the time of purchase. If you change your mind within this window and have not yet attended a session or accessed digital materials, you may request a full refund (minus any credit card processing fees).

3. Medical Exceptions

If a client becomes physically unable to participate in training due to a documented medical condition:

  • A refund may be issued for the remaining unused sessions.

  • A signed letter from a licensed physician must be provided.

  • Alternatively, I can "freeze" your package for up to [e.g., 6 months] until you are cleared to return.

4. Package Expirations

To ensure progress and consistency, training packages have an expiration date:

  • [4/8] Session Packs: Expire 1 months from purchase.

  • [12+] Session Packs: Expire [e.g., 6 months] from purchase. Expired sessions are forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.

5. Termination by Trainer

If I must cancel our training agreement for reasons other than a breach of terms by the client, a pro-rated refund will be issued for all remaining prepaid sessions.
