Personal Training for Women
About Me
I came to fitness a little later in life. For years, I worked as a bartender—first through art school, then after moving to Asheville. Long nights behind the bar taught me a lot about cuisine, people and connection, but knowing it wasn't my passion it took a toll on my spirit and therefore my body.
For years, I knew I needed to make a change, but I was unsure how. With the support of a wonderful therapist, I began focusing on my mental health and finally switched my priorities and my habits. I established a regular weightlifting routine that I prioritized as something I just had to do. The more strength I built in the gym, the more I felt it carrying over into every part of my life—my confidence, my mindset, and my ability to handle challenges.
That shift was life-changing and I became inspired to take things further and earn my NASM-CPT in January 2024. I renewed my certification in January 2026, and I am currently working towards a Menopause Training Specialist Certification through GGS Academy. My greatest motivation is to help other women experience a transformation like I did—discovering their strength, inside and out, and realizing how powerful they can be.

I went to Culinary School in 2015 at AB Tech. That experience, along with the many cooking adventures I go on with my partner helps me create meals that are both delicious and nutritious!
When I am not at my full-time job or training at the gym, I enjoy cooking with my boyfriend, loving on our dogs, and traveling every opportunity we get.
